Marketplace questions, answered.
A short FAQ for advertisers, agencies, and creators entering Shobbl Ads.
- 01Who can sign in to the advertising marketplace?
- Existing Shobbl creators, verified advertiser organizations, verified agencies, and Shobbl review/support roles. Normal user accounts are blocked from authenticated marketplace dashboards.
- 02Can an advertiser publish immediately after signing up?
- No. Advertisers and agencies can draft campaigns and complete onboarding, but live publishing requires business verification and campaign approval.
- 03What documents are needed?
- EIN/tax confirmation, DBA proof when applicable, Articles of Incorporation, authorized representative attestation, and specialty compliance documents for regulated products.
- 04Are gambling or politics allowed?
- No. Gambling and political advertising are not supported. Specialty categories such as alcohol, finance, and food require additional review.
- 05Do advertisers see exactly what users like?
- No. Raw interests are mapped into privacy-safe cohorts such as Games > TCG, Cartoons > Anime, or Food > Candy before advertiser analytics or targeting.
- 06How do creators apply?
- Eligible creators can use one-button apply on public or invited campaigns. Auto-apply is opt-in and respects creator exclusions, advertiser blacklists, and campaign requirements.
